A vibrant vegetarian or vegan lunch is provided, followed by a nature walk to open your heart to the beauty around you. In the afternoon, settle into soothing backbends and restorative yoga, ending with a deeply restful yoga nidra.

This retreat is open to women of all ages and backgrounds, with no prior yoga experience necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling relaxed, nourished, and reconnected
