Yoga is special.

Yoga gives children a way to move without the competitive elements of sports. It builds body awareness, confidence and strength.

Yoga gives children the tools they need to manage stress, anxiety, and the constant change involved in growing up. It also can have a positive impact on sleep and concentration.

Teaching children involves building a whole new skillset. You will learn to weave fun, games, and imagination into your yoga sequences to create engaging and imaginative lessons for all age groups.
